United States shipping

ZEZE currently ships within the United States. Orders are fulfilled from the United States.

Processing time

Orders are typically prepared within 3–5 business days, excluding weekends and US holidays. You will receive a confirmation email after placing your order and a shipping confirmation when tracking is available.

Delivery estimates

Standard delivery is estimated at 3–7 business days after dispatch. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or an incomplete address.

Shipping rates

Available shipping methods and charges are shown at checkout before payment. Any free-shipping offer and its eligibility will also be displayed at checkout.

Address changes

Contact gloriazeze@zohomailcloud.ca as soon as possible if an address needs to be corrected. We cannot guarantee changes after fulfillment begins.

Lost, damaged, or incorrect deliveries

If tracking shows a package as delivered but it is missing, first check the delivery location and contact the carrier. Contact us if you still need help. Report damaged or incorrect items within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos.
